I purchased a few sets last year for my daughter and all the other kids I had to shop for Christmas. And I have to tell you the customer service was better than any company I had ever dealt with. From placing my order - got response back so quickly and very helpful... and then I was missing a block case so I called just to let them know so they could send (was in no rush to get it - my 2 year old would certainly not notice) and someone from the company delivered it by hand to my house on Christmas Eve! I really could not believe it. Anyway, I tell everyone about Tegu. And it is my daughter (and husband's) favorite thing to play with...
